In the control room

While Luke and Han Solo are bickering about the noise Han made with his blaster-fire, C3PO reports that Artoo has found the computer outlet of the Death Star.

Artoo plugs into the computer and finds the main controls to the power beam that’s holding the Millenium Falcon and looks for the exact location. The tractor beam is coupled to the main reactor in seven different locations.

A power loss at one of the terminal will allow the Millenium Falcon to leave.

Artoo shows the nearest terminal on the monitor.

Obi Wan decides the boys can’t help him - he must go alone.
Luke would like to go with him, but Obi-Wan orders him to stay and watch over the droids. They must be delivered safely to the rebels or other star systems will suffer the same fate as Alderaan.

Obi Wan leaves with the words “The Force will be with you, always”

The old man seems to really think he can stand against the Death Star while i’m on board.
But he may be not as optimistic as he pretends to be. He talks about his destiny being not the same as the young Skywalkers. Maybe he already senses his death.
