The Fleet has moved out of Light Speed
The Imperial fleet has dropped out of hyperspace near the planet of Hoth.
General Veers reports to Darth Vader.
The fleet has moved out of hyperspace, but an area of the sixth planet of the Hoth system is protected by an energy field strong enough to deflect any bombardement.
Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith, is angry. “The Rebels are alerted to our presence. Admiral Ozzel came out of light-speed too close to the system.”
General Veers tries to defend the Admiral’s decision. “He felt surprise was wiser…”
But Darth Vader is having none of it: “He is as clumsy as he is stupid. General, prepare your troops for a surface attack.”
The General is visibly frightened and leaves Vader quickly.
