First Catch of the Day

transporter starting from hoth
The first transporter, escorted by two X-Wing fighters, is starting from Hoth and racing towards space.
star destroyer
An Imperial Star Destroyer in orbit over Hoth.
our first catch of the day
A controller reports to the captain of the Star Destroyer that rebel ships are coming into their sector.
“Good”, the captain is confident. “Our first catch of the day.”
echo base hoth
Princess Leia and the other rebels in Echo Base watch the departure of the transporter nervously.
And Ion Control is ordered to fire.
ion cannon
The huge rebel ion cannon opens fire into space.
rebel transport
The ion blasts overtake the transport and his two escort fighters.

    Looks like an easy catch. Only two fighters escorting the transport - no match for an Imperial Star Destroyer.
